  1. One of the biggest secrets to BBQ success is high quality produce. Don’t skimp on quality just because you’re smoking the meat or slathering it in delicious BBQ sauces. Choose the highest quality meat your can afford, and you’ll enjoy a high quality result.

Next, your spices and ingredients are important. Choose the spices that go well with that type of meat, whether chicken, pork, lamb, beef or what have you. Don’t forget to season.
